The Simcohood SHB3700 is a custom 700 × 1450 mm wall-mounted commercial exhaust canopy, fully welded in stainless steel to extract heat, steam, smoke and cooking odours from over the cook-line. Fitted with honeycomb grease filters, a removable grease tray and vapour-proof LED lighting, it is built to AS 1668 for compliant commercial kitchen ventilation.
