The Atosa Single Door Pizza Prep Table Refrigerator is a pizza prep station that is equipped with storage and a generous work surface. It boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, and features refrigerated upper compartments to keep ingredients fresh and accessible. The lower cooling unit is designed to withstand even the hottest kitchens, fitted with insulation foam and European-made parts including an Aspera compressor and EDM fan motor, as well as a Carel or Dixell digital controller. Arrives complete on castor wheels for easy mobility. Each of the 2 shelves offers a capacity of 155kg, and the interior features a rounded corner design for ease of cleaning. The doors are self-closing and stay open at 90 degrees or more for easy loading and unloading, and are complete with a magnetic gaskets that prevent cold air from escaping. Shelves, food pans, and castors all arrive pre-installed.
