The Atosa VRX Counter Top 1500/380 is a compact refrigerated prep unit ideal for fast food outlets and food trucks, made to hold ingredients for the prep and assembly of products such as salads, hot dogs, pizza, kebabs, and more. This unit offers a hard-wearing stainless steel construction and a glass sneeze canopy guard structure for hygiene and product visibility. The static cooling system is fitted with an Italian Dixell temperature controller with digital display for easy temperature monitoring. All units accommodate 1/3 GN pans. VRX units are also designed to fit perfectly on top of some marble-topped pizza prep fridges for additional ingredient space.
