Benchstar Electric Steamer ES-4SM

The Benchstar ES-4SM is a countertop electric steamer with four simultaneous steam outlets, so several baskets run at once across a wide surface. It takes both square and round steamers up to a maximum single-tier diameter of 204 mm, and an automatic water refilling system with dry-heating protection means it will not be damaged by being run down. Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a water level gauge and indicator lights. It needs a 15 A supply.

Installation & delivery

It is filled automatically from its own reservoir rather than plumbed in, so site it within reach for filling.
