Q: What does the AUTO-FOAMER do?

It lets you program a milk temperature once and hit that temperature on a button press, instead of judging it by hand every time. Texturing milk is the step where consistency usually breaks down, so on a site where whoever is free makes the coffee it is the single feature most likely to improve what the customer gets. The two manual wands are still there if a barista prefers to do it themselves.

Q: What electrical supply does it need?

240 V, 2,600 W on a 15 amp supply. That is a different plug from the standard 10 amp outlet, so check the position before delivery - but it is still plug-in, with no hard-wiring and no three-phase. Worth appreciating: the larger Bezzera machines need an electrician and a configuration decision, and this one does not.

Q: Is it different from the black version?
