The Bonvue AMS-12 is a refrigerated deli display case that showcases and preserves meats, seafood, prepared foods and deli products at -1°C to 5°C, built for delis, butchers, seafood counters and supermarkets. It presents 768 litres behind slanted double-pane tempered glass in a 1223mm-wide cabinet, with individually wired LED shelf lighting and extra refrigerated storage in the rear. A double gravity coil paired with oversized, slow-fan cooling keeps product fresh without drying it out.
