The Bonvue PW-DE is a double stainless steel plate warmer that holds up to 120 plates hot and service-ready, built for restaurants, cafes, function venues and canteens. It keeps crockery at up to 80°C in a 750mm-wide external cabinet, so hot food is always plated onto warm plates. Stainless steel construction and adjustable internal shelving stand up to heavy daily use.
