The Brullen Baby is a countertop soft serve and frozen yoghurt machine on a 210 mm footprint — about as little counter frontage as a real soft serve machine can take. It is gravity fed at 30 % overrun with a 6.5 litre mix tank feeding a 1.5 litre freezing cylinder, and rated at 100 cups an hour at 80 grams a cup. Mix-tank pre-cooling is fitted, and it runs on 1,050 W from a 10 A outlet.
Why operators choose the BABY BRULLEN
- 210 mm wide — the narrowest practical soft serve footprint - it fits counters that cannot give up 400 or 500 mm
- 100 cups an hour at 80 g a cup — a rated output with the serve size stated, so you can check it against your own cup rather than guess
- Pre-cooled mix tank — the 6.5 L tank is chilled, not just held at room temperature, which protects the mix through a long trading day
- 6.5 L mix tank feeding a 1.5 L cylinder — enough mix in reserve that you are not topping up between every few serves
- 30 % overrun, gravity fed — gravity feed keeps the mechanism simple and serviceable; 30 % overrun is a denser, more premium serve than a high-overrun machine gives
- Branded refrigeration components — Tecumseh compressor with a Danfoss dryer and Danfoss expansion valve - parts a refrigeration mechanic will recognise and can source
- Soft touch screen control — straightforward for casual staff to operate on a busy counter
- Air condenser, 1,050 W on a 10 A plug — no water connection and no electrical work
- 43 kg — light enough for two people to place, unlike the 110 kg-plus countertop machines

Venue suitability
The Brullen Baby suits cafes, dessert counters, kiosks, takeaway shops and function venues adding soft serve or frozen yoghurt where counter space is the binding constraint. At 210 mm wide and 43 kg it is the machine for a site that cannot give up half a metre of frontage.

Installation & delivery
It runs from a standard 10 A power point, so no electrical work is required. It is air condensed, so there is no water connection — it needs clear airflow around and behind the cabinet. At 43 kg and 210 mm wide it is a two-person place onto the bench. The mix tank is pre-cooled, which means it should be left powered rather than switched off with mix in it.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How many serves an hour can the Brullen Baby do?
100 cups an hour at 80 grams a cup. If your serve is larger than 80 grams the hourly cup count comes down proportionally, so check the figure against your own cup size.
Q: What does 30 per cent overrun mean for the product?
Overrun is how much air is whipped into the mix. At 30 per cent the serve is denser and richer than a high-overrun machine produces, which suits a premium dessert offer - though it also means each serve uses more mix.
Q: Does the mix tank stay cold?
Yes. Mix-tank pre-cooling is fitted, so the 6.5 litre tank is chilled rather than sitting at room temperature. Leave the machine powered rather than switching it off with mix in it, and follow your own food safety plan.
Q: Does it need special wiring or plumbing?
Neither. It draws 1,050 W through a 10 A plug and is air condensed, so there is no water connection - just clear airflow around the cabinet.
Q: What refrigeration components does it use?
A Tecumseh compressor with a Danfoss dryer and Danfoss expansion valve, running R404a, with an air condenser. They are recognised brands, which matters when you need a refrigeration mechanic to source a part.
Q: What warranty does the BABY BRULLEN come with?
No warranty term is recorded against this listing in our product data, so rather than guess we would rather you asked. Contact our team for the current term before you order. Terms vary by product — see our warranty information page for full details.
