The Brullen i26 Pro Twin (air pump) is a countertop soft serve and frozen yoghurt machine with two flavours plus twist, built around two independent refrigeration systems. It serves around 450 to 700 serves an hour and needs two dedicated 20 amp circuits.

Why operators choose the i26 Pro Twin

• Two compressors, one per side — each flavour has its own 12 L hopper, 2 L freezing cylinder and 1.75 HP Tecumseh compressor, so a long queue on one flavour does not drag down the other
• Air pump, overrun 30–80% — a pump injects air with the mix. Higher overrun means a lighter, creamier serve and more serves per litre of mix. The gravity feed version runs at 15 to 45%, for a denser product and a simpler machine to clean
• Around 450 to 700 serves an hour (at 80 g a serve, depending on product)

Installation & delivery

Needs two dedicated 20 amp single-phase circuits — have an electrician install both before delivery. 560 mm wide, 888 mm deep with the drip tray, 955 mm high on its feet, 180 kg — check the bench load rating and the delivery route. It is air-cooled and blows warm air out of the back, so leave clear space behind it; the supplier refers ventilation requirements to the equipment manual. Wash kit plumbing is optional and not included.

Q: What power does it need?

Two dedicated 20 amp single-phase circuits, 220-240 V, rated at 3.6 kW. That means two separate circuits from the switchboard, not one double outlet - have an electrician install them before delivery.

Q: Gravity feed or air pump - what is the difference?

Gravity feed lets the mix fall into the cylinder (15 to 45% overrun): a denser serve, fewer serves per litre, simpler cleaning. Air pump injects air (30 to 80% overrun): a lighter serve and more serves per litre. This model is air pump.

Q: What does Twin mean?

Each side has its own compressor, hopper and freezing cylinder, so the two flavours are refrigerated independently and a run on one does not affect the other.

Q: Does it pasteurise the mix?

No. Pasteurisation, the wash kit and defrost are listed by the supplier as options and are not part of this model.
