Installation & delivery

This is a gas appliance: it must be installed, connected and commissioned by a licensed gasfitter to the relevant Australian standards. Do not connect it yourself. A fryer must sit under an extraction canopy meeting your local requirements, with clearance to combustible surfaces and away from any direct draught that can affect the flame.
