The CookRite AT80G9G-C is a 900 mm gas griddle built around a 16 mm thick hotplate that holds its temperature through service, in a countertop format with seam-free 304 stainless steel construction, piezoelectric ignition and independent flame failure. Available in Natural Gas or LPG.
