The Everlasting BCE9320 is a roll-in trolley blast chiller and shock freezer for remote installation: a whole trolley of cooked product wheels straight in off the cook line. It chills 120 kg per cycle from +90°C to +3°C and shock freezes 90 kg per cycle from +90°C to -18°C, run either on the core probe or on time.
Why operators choose the BCE9320
- Roll-in, not load-by-hand — the chamber takes 2 x 1/1 GN, 1 x 2/1 GN or one 600 x 800 trolley, so a production kitchen moves the whole rack in one action instead of transferring 20 trays by hand into a cabinet.
- Core probe or timed cycles — probe-driven cycles end on the actual core temperature of the food rather than on the clock, which is what a food-safety cooling record needs; timed cycles remain available for repeat production where the load is identical every run.
- Hard and soft cycles on both functions — soft protects delicate product from surface freezing, hard drives dense or high-volume loads down faster. Both blast chilling and shock freezing offer the choice, and an automatic storage phase holds the load at the end of the cycle.
- Rated to a 40°C room — the rating is the temperature the machine is certified to keep performing in, not the temperature it will survive. At 40°C it is specified for an Australian kitchen in summer with the cook line running.
- Remote condensing unit — the compressor sits outside the kitchen, so its heat and noise are not added to the room the chiller is trying to cool. This is a remote-installation model and is supplied without a plug.
- Touch screen control with remote monitoring — a colour touch screen runs the cycles, and the Professional tray range can be monitored over Wi-Fi - useful when the chiller is running an overnight cycle unattended.

Venue suitability
Built for central production kitchens, banqueting and event caterers, hospitals and aged care, hotels and large bakeries - operations that have to bring full trolleys of hot product through the danger zone fast enough to satisfy a cooling record, and that have the three-phase supply and plant space a remote system needs.
See the rest of the blast chiller range, or pair this unit with commercial freezers for the frozen storage the cycle hands off to.
Installation & delivery
This is a remote-installation machine. It is supplied without a plug and both the cabinet and its remote condensing unit must be installed and commissioned by a licensed refrigeration mechanic, with the electrical work on a 400 V three-phase supply by a licensed electrician. Allow for the condensing unit location and the interconnecting pipe run at the planning stage, not on the day. Delivered Australia-wide on a tail-lift vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
Q: How much food can the BCE9320 chill in one cycle?
120 kg from +90C to +3C on a blast chilling cycle, or 90 kg from +90C to -18C on a shock freezing cycle. Both figures are per cycle and assume the load is presented on the trolley.
Q: Does it need three-phase power?
Yes. It runs on 400 V three phase plus neutral at 50 Hz and draws 5.5 kW. It is supplied without a plug and must be hard-wired by a licensed electrician.
Q: What does remote installation mean here?
The condensing unit is separate from the cabinet and is installed away from the kitchen, usually outside or in a plant room. That keeps the compressor heat and noise out of the room, but it means refrigeration pipework has to be run and commissioned on site by a licensed refrigeration mechanic.
Q: Can I run it on a timer instead of the probe?
Yes. Cycles can be ended on the core probe or on time. The probe is the better record for food safety because it reports the actual core temperature of the food; timed cycles suit repeat production where every load is identical.
Q: What trolleys does it take?
One trolley holding 2 x 1/1 GN, 1 x 2/1 GN, or a single 600 x 800 trolley. Internal chamber dimensions are 660 x 801 x 1860 mm with 17 mm shelf guide spacing.
Q: Will it hold up in a hot kitchen?
It is rated for 40C ambient operation, which is the figure to check when a blast chiller sits in an Australian production kitchen with the cook line running.
Q: What warranty does it carry?
24 months under the Extended Gold Star Warranty - two years parts and one year labour.
