The Fagor BG9-10 is a natural gas two-grid chargrill from the 900 Series, giving steakhouses, pubs, burger bars and function-centre kitchens authentic lava-rock char cooking. Two ridged cast iron grids (410 × 580 mm each) sit over lava rock heated by AISI 18/10 stainless steel tubular pipes, with 21 kW (18,000 kcal/h) of output split across two independently controlled zones.
