The Fagor TS-COO is a stainless steel drying tunnel that installs inline at the exit of a Fagor compact rack-conveyor dishwasher, using a 9 kW heating box and an upper drying fan to flash-dry crockery, glassware and trays as they leave the wash section — built for high-turnover restaurants, function venues, clubs and central kitchens. It is engineered specifically for the Fagor CCO-180 and CCO-225 conveyor dishwashers, is fully AISI-304 stainless steel, and measures 600 x 790 x 1945 mm.
