The Fagor Kore 700 F-G7115 is a floor-standing single-pan gas deep fryer with a 15-litre well heated by high-efficiency burners running three longitudinal heat-transfer tubes through the oil — which is where its fast recovery comes from. A cold zone in the lower well lets crumb settle out of the heat so the oil lasts longer, and a mechanical ball valve drains it. Thermostatic control from 60 to 200C with an independent safety thermostat behind it.
Why operators choose the F-G7115
- Three longitudinal heat-transfer tubes — the burners heat through tubes running the length of the oil rather than the pan base alone, which is why recovery is fast after a basket drop
- Cold zone in the lower well — crumb and batter fall below the heat instead of burning in it, so the oil stays usable for longer — the single biggest running cost on a fryer
- 60 to 200C thermostat plus a safety thermostat — an independent cut-out behind the working control, which is what a 15 L oil volume warrants
- Mechanical ball valve for oil drainage — a robust valve rather than a plastic tap, and it drains without tipping the pan
- 1.5 mm AISI-304 top with laser-cut joints and hidden screws — a properly finished surface with nowhere for soil to sit in the joins
- One large basket supplied, 250 x 280 x 100 mm — a genuine service-size basket included rather than specified separately
- Individual lid for the well — cover the oil overnight to slow oxidation
- Robotic welding throughout — consistent welds rather than variable hand work, which matters on a wet, hot appliance

Venue suitability
The F-G7115 suits restaurants, pubs, clubs, hotels and quick-service kitchens frying continuously, where oil life and recovery speed drive both food quality and cost. At 400 mm wide it slots into a modular 700-series run alongside other Kore units.

Installation & delivery
This is a gas appliance: it must be installed, connected and commissioned by a licensed gasfitter to the relevant Australian standards. Do not connect it yourself. The electrical connection is for ignition and controls only — 230 V at 0.1 kW — so the gas connection is the one that determines the install. Allow 400 mm of floor width, clearance for the lid and access at the front to work the drain valve into a suitable oil container. Dispatched from our Sydney HQ with partner warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth for faster delivery Australia-wide. Backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty, plus a further 2 years parts only when the product is registered within 14 days of invoice — see our warranty information page for full terms.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I install the F-G7115 myself? A: No. It is a gas appliance and must be installed, connected and commissioned by a licensed gasfitter to the relevant Australian standards.
Q: What does the cold zone actually do? A: It is a cooler region in the lower part of the well where crumb and batter settle out of the heat instead of burning in it. That is what keeps the oil usable for longer, and oil is the largest consumable cost on a fryer.
Q: Why three heat-transfer tubes? A: The burners heat through tubes running the length of the oil rather than just the base of the pan, so more of the oil is in contact with the heat. In practice that means faster recovery after a basket goes in.
Q: What gas output does it produce? A: Our product data does not record a gas rating (MJ/h) for this model. Contact our team if you need it for a gas sizing calculation, and your gasfitter will confirm the connection requirement on site.
Q: Is a basket included? A: Yes, one large basket measuring 250 x 280 x 100mm.
Q: What warranty applies? A: Two years parts and labour, plus a further two years parts only if you register the product within 14 days of invoice.
