The Fagor B-G710 is a natural gas benchtop chargrill from the Kore 700 Series, built to sear meat, fish and vegetables at service pace in steakhouses, burger kitchens, pubs and function venues. Rated at 50 MJ/h (16.2 kW), its tube burners heat ceramic stones that radiate even heat up to 400°C across reversible grills, all on an 800 mm wide, 1.5 mm AISI-304 stainless-steel body (800 × 730 × 290 mm, 70 kg net).
Why operators choose the B-G710
- Reversible mild-steel grills — a ridged side for meat and a flat side for fish and vegetables, dismountable without tools in 170 mm sections.
- Ceramic-stone radiant heat — the stones spread heat evenly across the surface and shield the burners from fat drips, preventing flare-ups.
- Up to 400°C grilling temperature — seals the surface of food quickly so it stays juicy inside.
- Two independently controlled burner groups — each with a safety valve and thermocouple, lit by piezo ignition, for separate searing and finishing zones.
- 1.5 mm AISI-304 stainless stamped top with IPX5 protection — durable, corrosion-resistant and built for daily wash-downs.
- Grease collection tray and removable splash guards — catches cooking fat and keeps the surrounding cookline clean.

Venue suitability
The B-G710 suits steakhouses, burger kitchens, pubs, cafes and function venues that want a genuine chargrilled finish from a benchtop footprint, slotting neatly into a 700-series gas cookline. It is a natural gas build, so sites on bottled LPG need Fagor's LPG specification of the same chargrill, and at 70 kg it belongs on a solid stand or bench rather than a light trolley.

Installation & delivery
The B-G710 must be connected to natural gas by a licensed gasfitter to local regulations. It packs to 840 × 822 × 535 mm and weighs 70 kg net, so check doorways and service corridors ahead of delivery and plan a two-person lift onto the bench. Dispatched from our Sydney HQ with partner warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth for faster delivery Australia-wide. Warranty is 2 years parts & labour plus 2 years parts only, with product registration within 14 days of invoice; see our warranty information for full details.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Does the Fagor B-G710 run on natural gas or LPG? A: This B-G710 is the natural gas build and must be connected by a licensed gasfitter. Fagor publishes a separate LPG specification of the same chargrill, so order the build that matches your site's gas supply.
Q: What are the cooking grills made of? A: Reversible mild-steel grills with a ridged side for meat and a flat side for fish and vegetables — they lift out without tools in 170 mm sections for cleaning.
Q: How is the chargrill heated? A: High-efficiency tube burners heat ceramic stones, which radiate even heat up to the grills at up to 400°C while shielding the burners from fat drips to prevent flare-ups.
Q: Can different zones run at different heats? A: Yes — the two burner groups are independently controlled, each through a safety valve and thermocouple with piezo ignition, so you can hold a hot searing zone and a gentler finishing zone.
Q: What are the dimensions and weight of the B-G710? A: It measures 800 × 730 × 290 mm (W×D×H) and weighs 70 kg net, packing to 840 × 822 × 535 mm for transport.
Q: What warranty does the Fagor B-G710 come with? A: It is covered by 2 years parts & labour plus 2 years parts only, with product registration within 14 days of invoice.
