The Fagor Kore 700 Series Bench Top Gas Chargrill (B-G7101) is a commercial-grade 800mm benchtop chargrill built for high-volume hospitality and food-service kitchens. Reversible cast-iron grill sections reach around 400°C to seal steaks, seafood and vegetables fast while keeping the centre juicy, and the water-tray design lets you roast in a low-intensity steam environment.

- Stamped top in 1.5 mm AISI-304 stainless steel; laser-cut joints, automatic welding and hidden screws
- Reversible cast-iron grills in 170 mm sections — ridged side for meat, flat side for fish and vegetables — dismountable without tools
- Groups of three high-efficiency tube burners with radiant deflector; independent control per group via a safety valve with thermocouple
- Electric multispark ignition with a manual-ignition access tube
- Removable 130 mm stainless splash guards and a high-temperature enamelled cast-iron flue protector
- Grease collection opening with removable tray; optional water for humid roasting
