The Fagor CP-E7240 is a Kore 700-series electric pasta cooker with twin AISI-316L wells configured for six baskets and a 24 kW supply — the highest-output 700-series unit in the range, built for peak pasta and noodle service in restaurants, function centres and canteens. Two independent wells run in parallel, with two-speed solenoid filling, safety-overflow ball drains and IPX5 splash protection (800 × 730 × 850 mm, 80 kg, 415V).
