The Fagor M-E915BM is an electric indirect-heating (bain-marie) boiling pan from the Kore 900 series, with a 150-litre well for high-volume stocks, soups, sauces and delicate reductions in production kitchens, central catering and institutional cooking. A steam-filled water jacket around the well heats the base and sides evenly at 107°C, so delicate products cook without scorching; heating draws 22 kW on a 415V 3~N supply.
