The Fagor Kore 900 Series M-G915BM is an indirect-heating (bain-marie style) natural gas boiling pan built for high-volume stocks, soups, sauces and delicate reductions where gentle, even heat matters. A water jacket surrounds the well so product is heated indirectly, reducing the risk of catching or scorching. It is engineered for continuous commercial service in professional kitchens, banquet operations and production catering.
