The FED-X XCB-48 is a refrigerated chef base drawer bench delivering 263 L gross of cold ingredient storage directly beneath your cookline, built for busy commercial kitchens and cookline fit-outs. It holds -1°C to +5°C across 2 drawers, with a stainless steel body and fan-forced cooling, and is designed to carry benchtop cooking equipment on top so otherwise dead space under the cooktop becomes food-safe prep storage.
