The FED-X XCB-72 is a refrigerated chef base drawer bench that puts 450 L gross / 385 L net of cold ingredient storage directly beneath your cookline, built for busy commercial kitchens and cookline fit-outs. It holds -1°C to +5°C across 4 drawers on Austrian Fulterer heavy-duty runners, with a stainless steel body and fan-forced cooling. Designed to carry Gasmax and other benchtop cooking equipment on top, it turns otherwise dead space under the cooktop into food-safe prep storage.
