FED-X XVRX1200/380S is a countertop salad prep bench with a stainless steel lid that keeps four 1/3-size GN pans of toppings and garnishes chilled at +2 to +8°C, built for sandwich bars, cafes, burger joints and pizza kitchens working in tight bench space. It runs quiet static cooling with a Donper compressor and Dixell controller, and holds pans up to 150mm deep with a divider included. Stainless steel inside and out keeps it hard-wearing and easy to wipe down on a busy line.
