The FED-X XVRX1800/380S is a countertop salad prep bench that holds 8 x GN1/3 pans of prepped ingredients at a safe +2 to +8°C across a 1800mm stainless steel benchtop. Built for busy sandwich bars, salad counters and pizza lines, it pairs a Donper compressor and Dixell digital controller with static cooling, while two hinged stainless steel lids protect food between service. A pan divider is included (pans sold separately).
