FED-X XVRX2000/380S is a countertop salad prep bench that keeps 9 x GN1/3 pans of prepped ingredients at a safe +2 to +8°C, built for busy sandwich bars, salad counters and pizza lines. Static cooling with a Donper compressor and Dixell controller holds temperature across a 2000mm stainless steel benchtop, while stainless steel hinged lids protect food between service. Angled pan positions take pans up to 150mm deep and a pan divider is included.
