The FED-X XVRX2000/380S is a 2000mm countertop salad prep bench that keeps 9 x GN1/3 pans of prepped ingredients in the safe +2 to +8°C chilled zone — built for busy sandwich bars, salad counters, burger and pizza lines. Static cooling driven by a Donper compressor and a Dixell digital controller holds temperature across the full stainless steel benchtop, while stainless steel hinged lids protect food between service. Angled pan positions take pans up to 150mm deep and a pan divider is included (pans sold separately).
