The FED-X XGNS1300E is a three-door salad prep fridge with an easy-clean granite marble worktop, built for cafes, restaurants, clubs and sandwich bars that need chilled ingredient storage and a prep surface in one compact 1368mm-wide unit. An open cooling well across the top holds 8 x GN1/6 pans for garnishes, toppings and sauces within arm's reach, while three refrigerated doors below — each with a GN1/1 shelf — keep bulk stock cold at -2°C to +8°C on an efficient R290 refrigeration system.
