The FED-X XGNS900E is a compact two-door salad prep fridge that pairs a hard-wearing granite serving top (sold as the "Marble Top" model) with chilled GN pan storage, built for cafes, sandwich and salad bars, clubs and small commercial kitchens working in tight footprints. It holds 240L gross (180L net) at +2 to +8°C behind two hinged stainless steel doors, with a raised shelf carrying 5 x 1/6 GN pans for garnishes and toppings and a GN 1/1 shelf in each door cavity below.

The granite top and 1/6 GN layout suit cafes, sandwich and salad bars, clubs and bars that assemble to order and want a presentable serving surface in a small footprint.
