The FED-X XS900GC is a compact two-door salad prep fridge with a square glass canopy that keeps chilled pans on display over an ambient middle shelf, built for cafes, sandwich bars and small kitchens that assemble to order. It holds 240 L gross (180 L net) at +2 to +8°C with fan-assisted R600a cooling, a stainless steel body and an integrated HDPE cutting board. The glass top merchandises ingredients while the cabinet below holds backup stock.
