The FED-X XPZ2600TN is a wide two-door pizza prep fridge on castors, built to keep a full prep line chilled and mobile in pizzerias, sandwich bars, salad bars and high-turnover kitchens. It holds 390 L gross (300 L net) at -1 to +5°C behind two hinged stainless steel doors, with tropicalised fan-forced R290 cooling and a granite/marble raised-rail prep worktop over the gastronorm top. The 1510 mm cabinet stores backup stock directly under the prep station, and heavy-duty castors let you roll it out for cleaning.
