The Frymax VX15E is an electric chip dump (chip scuttle) that keeps freshly fried chips hot and draining beside your fryer, built for fish-and-chip shops, takeaways and pubs that need a heated landing station on the fry line. It has a steel body with a stainless steel front door and a sloped stainless drain top with a removable grease collector, runs from a standard 240V outlet (940W) and holds product at 22–60°C under an infrared heating element.
