The GasMax RB-1B is a dual-ring single burner hob with a built-in gooseneck faucet, delivering 80 MJ/h of concentrated natural gas heat for stockpot, wok and Asian-style cooking in restaurants, takeaways and catering kitchens. The stainless steel body measures 463(W) x 676(D) x 780(H)mm at 37 kg net, with a tall splashback and faucet so pots fill in place at the station. An LPG factory build (RB-1BLPG) is also available.

Gas connection must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter to local regulations — order the build that matches your site's supply, as the natural gas and LPG versions are separate factory builds and cannot be converted on site. The unit packs to 580 x 770 x 590 mm, so check doorways and service corridors ahead of delivery. Natural gas or LPG — which do I order?
Check your site's gas supply: order the RB-1B for a natural gas (mains) connection or the RB-1BLPG for bottled LPG. They are separate factory builds — a licensed gasfitter cannot convert one to the other on site — so confirm your connection before ordering.
How powerful is the burner?
The single dual-ring burner delivers 80 MJ/h on the natural gas RB-1B, suited to high-output stockpot and wok cooking with fast recovery between batches.
Does it include a faucet?
