The GasMax GG-48 is a 1200mm four-burner benchtop gas griddle top — the widest in the GasMax griddle-top family — built for high-volume breakfast, burger and teppanyaki service in busy cafes, pubs, diners and hotel kitchens. It is supplied in two builds: natural gas (GG-48, 120 MJ/h) or LPG (GG-48LPG, 132 MJ/h), both with four heavy-duty U-shape steel burners, a 22mm mild-steel plate and flame-failure safety.
