The GasMax GGS-36 is a 915mm gas griddle and toaster on a double-door cabinet base, giving high-volume cafes, diners, pubs and hotel kitchens a wide flat-top griddle, a built-in salamander-style toaster and enclosed storage in one floor-standing unit. This SKU is the natural gas build (75 MJ/h); the GGS-36LPG covers bottled-LPG sites. Both run five open burners, a 19mm mild-steel plate and flame-failure control on every burner.
