The GasMax KB-3 is a semi-automatic three-burner gas kebab machine — a vertical broiler that cooks doner kebab, gyros, shawarma and tacos al pastor for kebab shops, takeaways, food trucks and Mediterranean restaurants. Three infrared ceramic burners deliver even radiant heat across a 533 mm spit holding up to 29 kg of meat at 39 MJ/h on natural gas; a dedicated LPG variant (KB-3LPG) suits bottled-gas sites.

A: Match the machine to your site's gas supply — reticulated natural gas: order the KB-3; bottled gas: order the KB-3LPG. The units are built for their gas type, so don't plan on converting one in the field.
