The GasMax WW-2L is an LPG double waterless wok — a twin-burner Asian range built for high-volume stir-fry kitchens running on LPG rather than mains natural gas. Two duck-bill burners deliver a combined 230 MJ/h across a 1200 mm one-piece pressed stainless steel top, and an air-gap cooling design keeps the surface flat, clean and cool with no running water (120 kg net, WaterMark certified).

Installation & delivery
The WW-2L must be connected to LPG by a licensed gasfitter with compliant overhead extraction; note the LPG model and option kit are not available in New Zealand. It packs to 920 × 1260 × 550 mm and the detachable legs, back and shelf allow access through a standard doorway.
