The GasMax WW-3L is an LPG triple waterless wok that runs three duck bill burner stations across an 1800mm one-piece pressed stainless steel top — the full cookline option for high-volume Asian kitchens on LPG supply. Its air-gap cooling design keeps the top flat, clean and cool without running water, so a three-wok line runs without the water cost and drain load of a wet wok bench (gas approval GMK10371, 175 kg net).
Why operators choose the WW-3L
- Three duck bill burner stations — three independent woks on one chassis keep stir-fry, noodles and sauce moving simultaneously through peak service.
- LPG configuration — supplied for LPG connection — the triple waterless wok for sites without mains natural gas.
- Waterless air-gap cooling — keeps the 1800mm top free from buckling and cool to the touch with no running water, cutting water cost and environmental impact.
- One-piece pressed stainless top — a single pressed top with no seams to crack or leak, even across a triple-width line.
- Cast iron wok rings — only the highest-quality rings are used, holding shape under constant high-heat service.
- Knee-operable wok valves — hands-free heat adjustment at each station, with a master gas shut-off valve on the front panel.
- Front gutter and filter system — an efficient filter guarantees no solids enter the drains, simplifying clean-down.
- Detachable legs, back and shelf — the 1800mm unit breaks down to pass through a standard doorway during install.

Venue suitability
With three wok stations on an 1800mm line, the WW-3L suits high-throughput Asian restaurants, yum cha service, food courts and large catering operations running on LPG. Sites connected to mains natural gas should order the WW-3N instead, and kitchens without the bench run for a triple can step down to the two-burner WW-2L.

Installation & delivery
As an LPG appliance, the WW-3L must be installed and commissioned by a licensed gasfitter with adequate overhead extraction; note the LPG model and option kit are not available in New Zealand. It packs to 920 × 1860 × 550 mm at 236 kg, and the detachable legs, back and shelf let the 1800mm body pass through a standard doorway. Dispatched from our Sydney HQ with partner warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth for faster delivery Australia-wide. Warranty is 1 year parts & labour; see our warranty information page for full details.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Is the WW-3L LPG or natural gas? A: The WW-3L is the LPG model. The natural gas triple is sold separately as the WW-3N — choose by the gas supply connected at your site, confirmed by your gasfitter.
Q: How many woks can the WW-3L run at once? A: Three. It carries three duck bill burners across an 1800mm top, each with its own knee-operable valve, giving three independent wok stations.
Q: What is the gas consumption of the WW-3L? A: GasMax does not publish an MJ/h rating for the WW-3L through our supplier data, so ask our team or your gasfitter to confirm gas sizing for your site before installation.
Q: Why is the WW-3L called waterless? A: A unique air-gap cooling design keeps the top clean, cool and free from buckling without running water, so there is no continuous water cost.
Q: Will an 1800mm triple wok fit through a standard doorway? A: Yes. The legs, back and shelf are detachable and the unit packs to 920 × 1860 × 550 mm, so it can be moved through a standard doorway and reassembled on site.
Q: What warranty does the WW-3L come with? A: It is covered by a 1 year parts and labour warranty through GasMax.
