The GasMax WW-3N is a natural gas triple waterless wok — three independent duck-bill burner stations on an 1800mm one-piece pressed stainless steel top, sized for yum cha kitchens, hotel banqueting and high-volume Asian restaurants on mains gas. Its air-gap cooling keeps the top flat, clean and cool through sustained service with no running water (gas approval GMK10371, 175 kg net).
Why operators choose the WW-3N
- Three independent burner stations — run stir-fry, sauce and stock simultaneously through peak service without burners competing — there are no side burners to compromise the layout.
- Waterless air-gap cooling — keeps the top clean, flat and cool with no running water, removing a constant utility cost from a triple-width line.
- One-piece pressed stainless top — no seams to crack or leak, so the 1800mm cooking surface stays sound under daily heat cycling.
- Duck-bill burners standard — factory-fitted for natural gas, with optional chimney burners available across the range.
- Cast iron wok rings — the highest-quality rings hold heat and seat woks securely at every station.
- Knee-operable valves and master shut-off — hands-free flame control per station and a single front-panel point to isolate gas fast.
- Front gutter and filter system — channels wash-down and stops solids entering the drains.
- Detachable legs, back and shelf — the unit breaks down to pass through a standard doorway during install.

Venue suitability
The WW-3N is built for the busiest wok kitchens on mains natural gas — yum cha restaurants, hotel kitchens and food courts where three woks fire at once through service. The 1800mm footprint needs a dedicated cookline run, so tighter kitchens usually land on the two-burner WW-2N; sites on LPG should order the WW-3L instead.

Installation & delivery
Connection to natural gas must be carried out by a licensed gasfitter (gas approval GMK10371), with a compliant commercial extraction canopy above the line. The unit packs to 920 × 1860 × 550 mm at 236 kg, and its detachable legs, back and shelf allow access through a standard doorway. Dispatched from our Sydney HQ with partner warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth for faster delivery Australia-wide. Warranty is 1 year parts & labour; see our warranty information page for full details.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Which triple wok do I need — the WW-3N or the WW-3L? A: Match the gas supply at your site: the WW-3N is the natural gas model and the WW-3L is the LPG version. Your gasfitter can confirm which supply the kitchen is connected to.
Q: How many burners does the WW-3N have? A: Three independent duck-bill wok burners, each with a knee-operable valve — and no side burners, so the full 1800mm top is given to the three wok stations.
Q: Can the WW-3N be fitted with chimney burners? A: It ships with duck-bill burners standard for natural gas, and optional chimney burners are available; a factory chimney triple is also sold in the range.
Q: How does the waterless design save money? A: The air-gap cooling system keeps the top cool and flat without the running water a wet-top wok range consumes, so there is no continuous water cost or added drain load.
Q: What are the dimensions and weight of the WW-3N? A: It measures 1800 × 890 × 1260 mm, weighs 175 kg net and ships packed at 920 × 1860 × 550 mm at 236 kg.
Q: What warranty is included with the WW-3N? A: It is covered by a 1 year parts and labour warranty through GasMax.
