The GasMax V-Pan Gas Pasta & Noodle Cooker PC150-6 is a freestanding commercial pasta and noodle cooker built for high-volume service. Its 27 litre 316 stainless steel tank holds six baskets and is heated to 150 MJ/h, giving fast temperature recovery for back-to-back cooking through busy periods.
