Benchstar Max~Electric Griddle GH-610E

The Benchstar MAX GH-610E is a 610 mm electric benchtop griddle with a 12 mm polished mild steel plate over a 606 x 400 mm cooking surface. The thicker plate holds heat under a full load and recovers quickly between batches, with an adjustable thermostat across 50-300C, a 2 mm splash guard and a removable stainless steel oil collector at the front. Separate blue power and yellow heating indicators show at a glance whether it is live and whether it is still coming up to temperature. It is rated at 6 kW.

Installation & delivery

At 6 kW it draws roughly 25 A — far beyond a standard 10 A outlet. A licensed electrician must provide and connect a suitable circuit; this is not a plug-in-and-go appliance. Allow 610 mm of heat-tolerant bench, clearance behind the splash guard, and front access to withdraw the oil collector. At 40 kg it is a two-person lift into position.
