The Anvil CTK0001 is a 2-slice conveyor toaster with a 250 mm belt and 85 mm of usable height. It has adjustable belt speed, front and rear discharge chutes so it can serve either side of a bench, and a standby function to cut energy between rushes.
Why operators choose the ICE-CTK0001
- 250 mm belt with 85 mm of usable height — the two figures that decide what goes through. 85 mm of height means it takes far more than sliced bread - split rolls, muffins, bagels and crumpets all pass
- Front AND rear discharge — you choose which side product comes out. On a breakfast buffet that means the toaster can face customers and discharge to staff, or the reverse - it fits the counter rather than dictating it
- Adjustable belt speed — belt speed is what sets the degree of browning on a conveyor. Adjustable means one machine handles thin bread and dense sourdough without changing anything else
- Standby function — a conveyor toaster left hot through a quiet mid-morning is pure waste. Standby is what makes running it all day defensible
- Built for buffets and continuous service — the source names breakfast buffets, coffee shops and takeaways. A conveyor exists to remove the person watching the toaster, which is why it earns its place at volume
- 2.2 kW - about 9.2 A — within a standard 10 amp outlet, though it uses most of it

Venue suitability
This toaster suits breakfast buffets, cafes, hotels and takeaway counters toasting continuously rather than to order. Anvil lists it in 2-slice (250 mm belt) and 3-slice (350 mm belt) widths — this is the 2-slice at 250 mm. Note it is 761 mm deep, which is far more than it is wide.

Installation & delivery
240 V at 2.2 kW — about 9.2 A, within a standard 10 amp outlet, though it uses most of the circuit so a dedicated point is worth having. Our data records no amperage; that figure is arithmetic on the recorded wattage. Dimensions are recorded width x height x depth: 367 x 424 x 761 mm deep — the depth is roughly twice the width, so measure the bench front to back rather than along it. Leave room at both ends for the discharge chutes. Our data records no weight.

Frequently asked questions
Q: What fits through it?
A 250 mm wide belt with 85 mm of usable height above it. That 85 mm is the useful figure - it takes far more than sliced bread, so split rolls, bagels, muffins and crumpets all pass through without jamming.
Q: What is the difference between the 2-slice and 3-slice?
Belt width, and therefore throughput. The 2-slice has a 250 mm belt in a 367 mm-wide body; the 3-slice has a 350 mm belt in a 474 mm body. Power (2.2 kW), usable height (85 mm), adjustable speed, the discharge chutes and the standby function are identical. Choose on how many covers you serve in a peak, not on features.
Q: Why does discharge direction matter?
Because it decides which way the machine faces. With front and rear chutes you can put the toaster on a buffet facing the customer and have product discharge to the staff side, or run it the other way for a back-of-house line. A single-direction toaster forces the bench layout around it.
Q: How do I control how dark the toast is?
Belt speed. On a conveyor the browning is set by how long the bread spends inside, so adjusting the speed is what handles the difference between thin white bread and a dense sourdough - without changing any other setting.
Q: What electrical supply does it need?
2.2 kW, which is about 9.2 amps at 240 V - within a standard 10 amp outlet. Our data does not record an amperage, so that is calculated from the wattage. Because it takes most of a 10 amp circuit, give it a dedicated point rather than sharing with other benchtop equipment.
