The Anvil DSI0540 is a 190 litre countertop ice cream display taking 5 x 1/3-size GN pans, 100 mm deep — and 5 clear polycarbonate pans are supplied with it, so it works on day one. It has heated front glass, auto defrost, a 304 stainless steel body and LED strip lighting. It is rated to a 30 °C ambient.

Q: Are the pans included?

Yes - 5 clear polycarbonate 1/3-size GN pans, 100 mm deep, are supplied with the cabinet. That matters because a display freezer without pans cannot be put into service, and it means you are not ordering them separately.

Q: Can I use it for pre-packed ice cream as well as scooping?
