Anvil Double Bowl Drink Dispenser

The Anvil JDA2002 is a double-bowl drink dispenser with two 12 litre bowls in clear food-grade polycarbonate, removable for cleaning. Its stirrer makes it suitable for milk-based products and juice with pulp — which spray-type dispensers cannot handle — and the internal motor is sealed against liquid ingress. Chassis and panels are stainless steel.

Site it where the bowl can be lifted off and carried to a sink — the bowls are removable and that is how they should be washed. Yes - and that is the point of the stirrer. A stirrer keeps the product physically moving, so milk-based drinks and juices with pulp stay mixed rather than separating out. Spray-type dispensers, which recirculate liquid through a jet, cannot cope with either. If you are serving iced coffee, milkshake-style drinks or pulpy juice, the stirrer is the specification you are buying.

The double-bowl JDA2002 is 430 mm wide with two 12 litre bowls at 370 W; the single-bowl JDA2001 is 230 mm wide with one bowl at 290 W. Two bowls cost you 200 mm of counter and 80 W over the single - so if you want a choice of two products, the double is the more efficient buy per bowl.
