The Anvil POK0003 is a conveyor pizza oven reaching 300 °C, with full digital control of both heat and belt speed, a 350 mm stainless conveyor and 70 mm of clearance. This is the single-phase 240 V build at 6.7 kW. It is supplied without a plug and must be installed by an electrician — and the reason is in the numbers: 6.7 kW on single phase draws about 28 A.

Why operators choose the ICE-POK0003

  • Single phase, but not a plug-in machine — 6.7 kW at 240 V is roughly 28 A - well beyond any standard outlet, which is why it ships without a plug and has to be hard wired. If you have three-phase available, the POK0004 is the same oven drawing only 9.3 A per phase
  • Maximum 300 degrees C — hot enough for pizza, and the reason it also handles reheating and defrosting rather than only baking
  • Full digital controls for heat AND belt speed — both variables set digitally. Speed is what actually determines bake time on a conveyor, so controlling it precisely is what makes the result repeatable between staff
  • 350 mm wide stainless conveyor belt, 70 mm clearance — the two numbers that decide what fits. 350 mm across and 70 mm high - measure your deepest product against that clearance
  • Runs left-to-right or right-to-left — switchable, so the oven fits your line rather than forcing the line around it
  • Powerful cooling fan on the exterior — a conveyor oven sits on a bench with people beside it; exterior cooling is what keeps the outside touchable
  • Suits pizza, reheating and defrosting — the source names all three, so it is not a single-purpose machine

Venue suitability

This oven suits pizzerias, QSR sites, clubs and venues wanting consistent output without a chef watching a deck. At 1,499 mm wide it needs a serious run of bench. Choose this single-phase build if three phase is not available at your site — but read the installation note first, because it still needs an electrician.

Installation & delivery

Supplied without a plug. It must be hard wired by an electrician. At 6.7 kW on 240 V the draw is approximately 28 A — note that 28 A is a calculated draw, not an Australian circuit size (10, 15, 20 and 32 A are), so the circuit must be sized and installed by your electrician rather than ordered from this page. If you have three phase, the POK0004 is the identical oven at 9.3 A per phase, which is a materially smaller electrical job. Dimensions are recorded width x height x depth: 1,499 x 436 x 575 mm. Our data records no weight.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I just plug it in?

No. It is supplied without a plug and has to be hard wired by an electrician. At 6.7 kW on single phase it draws around 28 amps, which is far beyond any standard outlet. Budget the electrical work as part of the purchase.

Q: What is the difference between this and the POK0004?

Only the electrical supply, and it is a big difference. Both are the same oven - same 300 degrees C maximum, same 350 mm belt, same 70 mm clearance, same dimensions, same digital controls. This one is single phase 240 V drawing about 28 A; the POK0004 is three phase 400 V drawing 9.3 A per phase. If three phase is available at your site, that build is the cheaper installation.

Q: What fits through it?

The belt is 350 mm wide with 70 mm of clearance above it. That takes a standard pizza comfortably; measure anything deeper - a loaded deep pan, a stacked tray - against the 70 mm before assuming it will pass.

Q: Is it only for pizza?

No. The source names pizza, reheating and defrosting ready-made food. A conveyor at 300 degrees C with adjustable belt speed is a general reheating tool as much as a pizza oven, which is why it suits clubs and QSR sites running a mixed menu.

Q: Which way does the belt run?

Either - it switches between left-to-right and right-to-left. That means the oven fits into your existing line rather than dictating where the pass has to be.
