The Anvil POK0004 is a conveyor pizza oven reaching 300 °C, with full digital control of both heat and belt speed, a 350 mm stainless conveyor and 70 mm of clearance. This is the three-phase 400 V build, drawing only 9.3 A per phase — against roughly 28 A for the identical single-phase oven. It is supplied without a plug and must be installed by an electrician.

Why operators choose the ICE-POK0004

  • 9.3 A per phase, against about 28 A single phase — this is the whole reason the three-phase build exists. The same oven, the same output, but the load spread across three phases instead of one - which usually means a smaller and cheaper electrical installation if three phase is already at your site
  • Our records do not state a kW figure for this build — the power field reads 400V, 9.3A per phase, and where the wattage should be it reads '3PH' - the number is simply missing. The single-phase version is 6.7 kW. We have not carried that figure across; see the installation note
  • Maximum 300 degrees C — hot enough for pizza, and the reason it also handles reheating and defrosting rather than only baking
  • Full digital controls for heat AND belt speed — both variables set digitally. Speed is what actually determines bake time on a conveyor, so controlling it precisely is what makes the result repeatable between staff
  • 350 mm wide stainless conveyor belt, 70 mm clearance — the two numbers that decide what fits. 350 mm across and 70 mm high - measure your deepest product against that clearance
  • Runs left-to-right or right-to-left — switchable, so the oven fits your line rather than forcing the line around it
  • Powerful cooling fan on the exterior — a conveyor oven sits on a bench with people beside it; exterior cooling is what keeps the outside touchable
  • Suits pizza, reheating and defrosting — the source names all three, so it is not a single-purpose machine

Venue suitability

This oven suits pizzerias, QSR sites and clubs with three-phase power already available. It is 1,499 mm wide, so it needs a serious run of bench. If three phase is not available, the POK0003 is the same oven on single phase — but it draws around 28 A and is the bigger electrical job.

Installation & delivery

Supplied without a plug. It must be hard wired by an electrician. The recorded electrical data is 400 V three phase at 9.3 A per phase. The kW figure is missing from our records — the field reads '3PHkW' where a number should be. Its single-phase twin is rated 6.7 kW, but we have deliberately not published that figure here, because a three-phase build is not obliged to draw the same and we would rather give you a gap than a borrowed number. The amperage is recorded and is what your electrician needs. Dimensions are recorded width x height x depth: 1,499 x 436 x 575 mm. Our data records no weight.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What is the difference between this and the POK0003?

Only the electrical supply, and it matters. Both are the same oven - same 300 degrees C maximum, same 350 mm belt, same 70 mm clearance, same digital controls, same dimensions. This one is three phase at 400 V drawing 9.3 A per phase; the POK0003 is single phase drawing roughly 28 A. If three phase is already at your site, this build is normally the smaller and cheaper installation.

Q: How many kilowatts does it draw?

Our records do not say, and we are not going to guess. The power field for this build gives the voltage and the per-phase amperage but the wattage is missing - it literally reads '3PH' where the number belongs. The single-phase version of the same oven is 6.7 kW, which is indicative but not a specification for this build. Your electrician can size the circuit from the recorded 9.3 A per phase; if you need the exact kW, ask us and we will confirm it with the supplier.

Q: What fits through it?

A 350 mm wide belt with 70 mm of clearance above it. That handles a standard pizza; measure anything deeper against the 70 mm.

Q: Is it only for pizza?

No - the source names pizza, reheating and defrosting ready-made food. With digital belt-speed control it works as a general reheating line as much as a pizza oven.

Q: Which way does the belt run?

Either. It switches between left-to-right and right-to-left, so it fits your existing line rather than dictating it.
