• Glass doors with an LED interior — the cabinet is read without being opened, which is the whole reason to put a display unit on a floor rather than a solid cabinet. An anti-fog membrane keeps the glass clear at freezer temperature - without it a glass freezer door spends service misted over.
• ⚠ Rated to a 32°C room, not 43°C — this is the specification that most often gets missed. The solid-door cabinets in this range are rated to 40 or 43°C; the glass doors are rated to 32°C. In a hot Australian kitchen that is a real limit, not a formality - check the room before specifying it.
• The glass doors are not reversible — unlike the solid-door models in this range, the hinge side is fixed. Decide which way it opens before it is delivered.
• 5 shelves per door, 22 x 2/1 GN pans per door — the shelving comes with the cabinet rather than as an option, and the pan figure is for 2/1 gastronorm at 65 mm deep, which is the format a production kitchen actually racks.
• R290 refrigerant — a hydrocarbon with very low global warming potential. Tell your refrigeration contractor before a service call - handling differs from the HFC blends.
• Rated to a 32°C room — the ambient rating is the room temperature the cabinet is certified to keep holding in, not the temperature it will survive. It is the number that decides whether a fridge keeps its set point in an Australian kitchen in February with the cook line on.
• AISI 304 stainless, rounded internal corners — 304 grade in and out, and corners that can be cleaned into rather than around.

Installation & delivery

Supplied on castors. Inomak's own product photograph shows the cabinet on legs, and the supplier states the discrepancy - the unit you receive rolls. At 2115 mm tall and 286 kg it needs door, lift and ceiling clearance checked before delivery day. Plugs into a standard outlet - no plumbing or fixed wiring. Leave the manufacturer's clearance at the condenser end. Delivered Australia-wide on a tail-lift vehicle.
