A forward/reverse/stop control, heat-resistant varnished steel body, and low-noise drive let it sit on a prep bench without disrupting service — and it mounts directly onto a TC-8, TC-12, or TC-22-5 mincer head when paired with the matching grinder for a compact mince-and-mix station.
