The Modular Systems WBCB is a stainless steel corner workbench with a 180 mm splashback and a solid undershelf — built to turn the dead corner of a kitchen into usable prep space. The 1.2 mm SUS304 (18/8) top is lined with 20 mm XPS board and reinforced with stainless U-channels, and the undershelf height is fully adjustable with the option to add a second shelf. Four corner sizes in 600 mm and 700 mm depths.

Installation & delivery

It is supplied flat-packed with an instruction manual and tools, and is designed for quick assembly on site — which also means it comes through a standard doorway rather than needing to be manoeuvred assembled. Note the two depth series: the WBCB6 sizes are 600 mm deep and the WBCB7 sizes are 700 mm deep, so match the depth to the benches either side or the corner will not line up. Q: What corner sizes are available? A: Four: 600 x 600mm and 900 x 600mm in the 600mm-deep WBCB6 series, and 700 x 700mm and 900 x 700mm in the 700mm-deep WBCB7 series. Match the depth to the benches on either side.

Q: Can the undershelf be moved? A: Yes. The shelf height is fully adjustable, and an extra shelf can be added if you need more capacity later.

Q: How tall is the splashback? A: 180mm high and 30mm thick, bevelled and fully enclosed — folded under the top rather than left open at the back.

Q: Does it arrive assembled? A: No. It is supplied flat-packed with an instruction manual and tools, which is what lets it get through a doorway and into the corner it will occupy.

Q: Can it be fitted with castors or drawers? A: Lockable castor kits are available, as are locking drawers. Specify them at the time of order.
