The Nemco NEL0001 Easy Lettuce Cutter shears a whole head of lettuce into 9mm squares in a single lever stroke. It is the finest of the three grids in the range. Installation & delivery

Nothing to connect. Allow about 325 x 450 mm of bench and clearance above the 500 mm body for the lever arm to rise clear — measure the overhead before you site it under a shelf. At 8 kg it is the heaviest of the Nemco manual cutters we carry and is meant to stay put on a dedicated salad or prep bench rather than be moved between sections.
