Installation & delivery

The footprint is modest at 250 x 475 mm, but the body stands 750 mm tall and the handle travels above that — so overhead clearance, not bench area, is the constraint on this machine. Check it against wall shelves and overhead racks before you choose a position. At 10 kg it is best given a permanent home. Up to 100 mm in diameter. That is the limiting specification on this machine, and it is worth measuring the onions you actually buy - large brown onions and navel oranges can exceed 100 mm, and anything over that will not seat correctly.

Q: How thick is the slice?
