The PakMax KPRB-650-120 is a 750 ml kraft paper rectangular bowl, recorded at 170 x 120 mm across the top and 50 mm high, supplied in a carton of 300. It is rated -20 to +90 degrees C with a moisture and oil resistant lining. It is the shallow half of a pair that shares its 170 x 120 mm opening with the 1000 ml bowl.
Why operators choose the KPRB-650-120
- 750 ml brim fill - recorded explicitly by the supplier, so cost per serve is calculable
- 170 x 120 mm across the top, 50 mm high - the item's own recorded sizes. The Width, Depth and Height fields on this listing are the carton, not the bowl
- The model code says 650, the bowl holds 750 ml - the title and the supplier's own brim fill line both say 750 ml. There is no 650 ml bowl in this range
- Rated -20 to +90 degrees C - covers chilled display, freezing and warm service, so it is not restricted to cold food the way a clear plastic bowl is
- Kraft paper with a moisture and oil resistant inner coating - the supplier rates the lining against both, which is what a curry or a dressed noodle box actually needs
- 300 per carton - the same count as both rectangular lids, so a bowl-and-lid order matches one for one
- Recyclable kraft paper - the supplier's own wording. Fibre and the clear PP lid go into different waste streams
- Natural kraft brown finish - the recorded colour
- Same footprint as the 1000 ml bowl - both record a 170 x 120 mm top; this one is 50 mm deep against 75 mm, so the two are a genuine shallow-and-deep pair on one opening

Installation & delivery
Nothing to install - this is a single-use disposable supplied as a carton of 300. The carton measures 380 x 360 x 450 mm with a gross weight of 6.24 kg. Freight on a light, bulky carton like this is calculated on its cubic volume rather than its gross weight, so the shipping weight shown at checkout is the higher of the two. Store flat and dry.
Warranty terms vary by product - see our warranty information page for full details.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Does the number in the model code tell me the capacity?
No, and on three of the four bowls it is misleading. KPRB-500 holds 580 ml, KPRB-650-120 holds 750 ml, KPRB-750 holds 880 ml and KPRB-1000-120 holds 1000 ml - so only the 1000 ml code matches the bowl it names. The trap worth knowing is that ordering "KPRB-750" expecting 750 ml gets you 880 ml, and the bowl that actually holds 750 ml is KPRB-650-120. On every one of the four, the product title and the supplier's own "Brim fill Capacity" line agree with each other, so the capacity itself is not in doubt - it is the code that misleads. Order by the millilitre figure, not by the code.
Q: Is this the 750 ml bowl, or is KPRB-750?
This one. It is a fair question, because the codes make it look the other way round: this SKU is coded 650 and holds 750 ml, while KPRB-750 is coded 750 and holds 880 ml. Both the product title and the supplier's "Brim fill Capacity" line agree on 750 ml for this bowl, so there is no ambiguity about the product - only about the code. If a previous order went in by code, it is worth checking what actually arrived.
Q: Does one lid really fit all four bowls?
That is what the supplier states, and we are publishing it as recorded - but we have to be straight with you, because the recorded dimensions do not support it. The supplier names KPRB-500, KPRB-650-120, KPRB-750 and KPRB-1000-120 explicitly, by SKU. Those four bowls record three different top sizes: 130 x 112 mm on the 580 ml, 170 x 120 mm on both the 750 ml and the 1000 ml, and 171 x 149 mm on the 880 ml. A snap-fit lid cannot seat on a 130 x 112 opening and a 171 x 149 opening. Neither lid records a size of its own, so there is nothing on the lid side to settle it against, and the product photographs show the difference rather than resolving it. Either a recorded top is wrong or the compatibility list is. We have not guessed which. If you are ordering lids against more than one bowl size, talk to our team first and we will confirm the fit with the supplier.
Q: Can it hold hot food?
The supplier records -20 to +90 degrees C and describes the inner coating as resistant to moisture and oil, so warm service is within the recorded range. That is holding and carrying rather than cooking - no microwave or oven claim is made by the supplier and we are not making one. Note that neither rectangular lid records a temperature range at all, so we cannot tell you what a sealed bowl-and-lid pair is rated to; the bowl figure above is the only one on record.
Q: Is this bowl FSC certified?
The supplier records an FSC certification against this bowl, and we have published it exactly as recorded. FSC certifies that wood and plant fibre comes from responsibly managed forests, so on a kraft paper product the claim is a coherent one - which is not true of every item in this PakMax range, since the supplier records the same line against the clear plastic lids as well. What we can tell you is what the supplier records; we have not sighted the certificate itself. If you need the chain-of-custody number for a tender or a sustainability report, ask our team and we will request it from the supplier rather than have you quote ours.
Q: Do the photographs show this exact item?
They show the right family, and we have checked that properly rather than assuming it. Every image on this range was downloaded, compared by content hash and by perceptual hash, and viewed at full size. No image shows a different product. But the supplier shares the lifestyle photographs across the range - two of them appear on more than one SKU byte-for-byte - and nothing in them distinguishes one capacity from another. Order from the specifications above, not from the picture.
Q: Are the recorded dimensions the item or the carton?
The carton - but this SKU is worth a word of explanation. On every other product in this PakMax range the supplier populates separate Width, Depth and Height fields and they match the carton size written in the description exactly, which is how we can state it with certainty. On this one those fields are empty, so the 380 x 360 x 450 mm carton comes from the description line alone. It sits consistently between its siblings, which pack at 440, 460 and 475 mm tall on the same footprint, so we have published it - but the freight weight shown at checkout is derived from a single source here rather than two agreeing ones.
Q: What warranty applies?
No warranty term is recorded against this SKU by the supplier. That is not unusual for a single-use disposable, and we have not borrowed a term from a sibling product. See our warranty information page, or ask our team if you need something in writing.
